SaaS Release — 2026-03-16 to 2026-03-29

Window: 2026-03-16 → 2026-03-29

Kindo’s Command Center now includes an Agent Stats dashboard that surfaces credit and token usage across your org, broken down by transaction type and model. You can group results, drill into individual time series, and see the top model in use at a glance.

We added five new integrations this cycle. All are available through the standard Tools & Integrations flow:

  • Horizon3 NodeZero — pentest runner discovery and run listing
  • FireHydrant — incident management
  • Confluence — pages and spaces
  • Freshservice (Freshdesk) — ticketing and service catalog
  • Dynatrace — observability and monitoring

Microsoft Graph: reset a user’s Identity Protection risk score

Section titled “Microsoft Graph: reset a user’s Identity Protection risk score”

The Microsoft Graph integration can now dismiss a user’s Identity Protection risk score programmatically, in addition to the existing read-only risk and sign-in queries.

The Traceable AI integration covers significantly more of the Traceable platform surface this cycle, laying the groundwork for the broader Traceable expansion you’ll see in the next release.

The maximum number of tool calls a single agent step can make is now 200 (previously 100). This unblocks longer browser-driven workflows and agents that orchestrate many tool calls within a single step.

We added connection-setup instructions for several integrations to the docs portal so you can self-serve the connection flow without going back to your account team.

Clearer attribution for Command Center agent runs

Section titled “Clearer attribution for Command Center agent runs”

Command Center now makes it clearer which user identity is associated with a triggered agent run, reducing confusion when reviewing run history across team members.

The CrowdStrike Falcon integration is now significantly more reliable. Workflows that depend on Falcon — incident retrieval, alert handling, and downstream actions — complete cleanly where they previously failed intermittently.

Org invite emails now resolve consistently

Section titled “Org invite emails now resolve consistently”

Accepting an organization invitation now works regardless of email casing. Invitations sent to one casing of an email and accepted from another no longer fail to resolve.

A regression that prevented Jira Data Center connections using Basic authentication from working has been fixed. Basic auth against Jira Data Center now connects as expected.

Google Sheets: shared spreadsheet text rendering

Section titled “Google Sheets: shared spreadsheet text rendering”

The Google Sheets integration now returns clean, consistent text for shared spreadsheets. Earlier intermittent garbling on shared sheets has been resolved.

  • Chats that previously failed with a generic error when an assistant prefill was rejected by the model now complete normally.
  • The Tool Server search field now works correctly when the query contains a space.
  • Converting a chat into an agent no longer times out before handing off to the builder for some long-running conversations.
